What can be reported in this system?

Some examples are:

  • Immoral or illegal conduct and actions regarding the performance of work. For example: violating occupational risk regulations, compromising the safety and health of employees, as well as non-compliance with the procedures, policies and Code of Ethics developed by the company.

This channel is open to all those who have professional or employment ties with this entity, as well as those who have ended their professional relationship, or are interns, volunteers, carry out internships or training periods, and even people who participate in selection processes, contractor staff and collaborators, among others.

How information is managed:

In short, once we receive your communication, you should receive an “acknowledgment of receipt” within 7 days. The ethical compliance department will carry out an initial evaluation of your communication to determine if it is suitable to be managed through this channel.

If not, you will be informed. If so, you will also be informed and the evaluation time will be 3 months. During the investigation you may be asked for clarifications or documentation necessary for the correct evaluation. Finally you will be informed of the way in which your case has been managed and resolved. All interested parties will be notified with the final conclusions within the deadlines established by law.

Confidentiality of communications:

All information exchange between the whistleblower and the entity is confidential, and secure communications are guaranteed throughout the process.
